From there, you’ll be guided through a mindful succulent terrarium ritual, thoughtfully layering soil, stone, and living plants as you set a personal intention. Once complete, you’ll be invited to lie back and receive a 60-minute immersive sound bath, allowing the vibrations to soften tension, regulate the nervous system, and gently integrate your intention on a deeper level.
