Wear comfortable, non-restrictive clothing that allows you to fully relax and move with ease during your class.
Feel free to bring your own mat and water—but if you forget, no worries. We got your back! We provide high-quality Manduka Pro yoga mats, supportive blocks, and, of course, water to keep you hydrated. Just bring your beautiful self, and we’ll take care of the rest.
Please plan to arrive at least 5 minutes early to settle in comfortably—you’re more than welcome to come earlier if you'd like extra time to relax before we begin.
We understand—life happens! That’s why each class includes a 5-minute grace period. To honor everyone's experience, the studio doors will be locked promptly 5 minutes after the scheduled start time.
Please make sure your cell phone is on mute before entering. Be mindful that this is a shared space—your presence, awareness, and quiet respect help create a peaceful experience for all.
If you bring a water bottle, please ensure it’s placed out of your way and your neighbors’ to keep the space safe and clear.
We highly recommend booking in advance to reserve your spot and and walk-in availability cannot be guaranteed.
