This class is all about moving your body with joy. Fit & Fun is a playful, upbeat practice that blends energizing movement, light strength work, and feel-good flow to help you build confidence, coordination, and stamina—without taking yourself too seriously.

Expect dynamic, easy-to-follow sequences, music that lifts your mood, and moments of laughter alongside a great workout. Modifications are always offered, making this class accessible while still giving you the option to challenge yourself.

You’ll leave feeling energized, refreshed, and smiling—stronger in body, lighter in spirit, and reminded that fitness can be fun.
