🧘♀️ Regular Class Cancellation Policy
Cancellations
• You may cancel your class reservation up to 4 hours before the start time with no penalty.
• This helps other students join and allows intentional space preparation
Late Cancellations (Within 4 Hours)
• Your class credit will be forfeited.
• Unlimited members may incur a $10 late cancellation fee.
🌤 Outdoor Yoga Credit
Outdoor yoga credits are valid only for outdoor classes. In the event of rain, the class may move indoors, but credits remain applicable to future outdoor sessions only.
❌ No-Shows
• Considered a late cancellation. The class credit is forfeited.
🌟 Workshop & Event Cancellation Policy
72-Hour Cancellation Window
• Cancel more than 72 hours in advance to receive a credit or refund.
Late Cancellations (Within 72 Hours)
• The workshop fee will be forfeited.
Waitlisted Workshops
• If your canceled spot is filled by another paying student, a credit will be returned to your OfferingTree account.
❌ No-Shows
• Considered a late cancellation. The workshop credit is forfeited.
🌿 In-Studio Private Sessions & Events (Up to 5 People)
24-Hour Cancellation Policy
• Cancel at least 24 hours in advance to receive a credit to your OfferingTree account.
Late Cancellations (Within 24 Hours)
A cancellation fee applies:
• 40% of the session fee for Yoga, Tai Chi, and Barre
• 50% for Sound Healing and Sonic Massage
Rescheduling
• Allowed once, based on studio availability.
• A rescheduling fee may apply if requested within 24 hours.
❌ No-Shows
• Considered a late cancellation. Session is forfeited and non-refundable.

No refunds will be issued for private sessions and events after the cancellation window has passed. Eligible cancellations receive credit only via your OfferingTree account.
🌿 Private Group Sessions & Events: Shared Experiences (6–9 People) & Community Gatherings (10–12 People)
7-days Cancellation Policy
• Cancel or reschedule more than 7 days in advance to receive a credit (valid for 6 months).
• Within 7 days, cancellations are non-refundable.
Late Cancellations (Within 7 Days)
Late Cancellation Fees (Within 7 Days)
• 40% of the session fee for Yoga, Tai Chi, and Barre
• 50% for Sound Healing and Sonic Massage
7-days Rescheduling
• One-time rescheduling is allowed based on studio availability.
• A rescheduling fee may apply for changes made within 7 days.
❌ No-Shows
• Considered a late cancellation. Session is forfeited and non-refundable.
