📵 Silence & Presence
Please silence and store cell phones before class begins. You’re welcome to take photos before or after class, but we ask that all devices be put away once the session starts. This allows everyone to remain fully present and respectful of one another’s practice.
💧 Clean Space
Only water is permitted in the studio. We ask that you enjoy any food or other beverages outside the practice space.
