• You may cancel your class reservation up to 4 hours before the start time.
• This helps other students join and allows intentional space preparation.

• Cancellations must be submitted through the offeringtree system. We do not accept cancellations via phone, text, email, or DM, ensuring billing is accurate and avoiding any gaps or misunderstandings.

 • Your class credit will be forfeited.

• Unlimited members may incur a $10 late cancellation fee after the third late cancel in a billing cycle.

Outdoor yoga credits are valid only for outdoor classes. In the event of rain, the class may move indoors, but credits remain applicable to future outdoor sessions only.

• Considered a late cancellation. The class credit is forfeited.

 • Cancel more than 72 hours in advance to receive a credit or refund.

 • The workshop fee will be forfeited.

• If your canceled spot is filled by another paying student, a credit will be returned to your OfferingTree account.

• Considered a late cancellation. The workshop credit is forfeited.

 • Cancel at least 7 Days in advance to receive a refund.

 A cancellation fee applies:
 • 40% of the session fee for Yoga, Tai Chi, and Barre
 • 50% for Sound Healing and Sonic Massage

 • Allowed once, based on studio availability.
• A rescheduling fee may apply if requested within 7 Days.

• Considered a late cancellation. Session is forfeited and non-refundable.

No refunds will be issued for private sessions and events after the cancellation window has passed. Eligible cancellations receive credit only via your OfferingTree account.

• Cancel more than 15 days in advance to get a refund.
• Within 15 days, cancellations are non-refundable, only a credit (valid for 6 months).
