🕊️ Spread Your Wings & Fly: An Empowering Arm Balance Workshop

Unleash Your Potential: Elevate Your Practice with an Empowering Arm Balance Experience

Discover the true extent of your strength as you spread your wings and take flight! Join Eunmi for a transformative arm balance workshop that promises to redefine your yoga journey.

Arm balances are not just postures—they are expressions of empowerment, requiring strength, flexibility, courage, and unwavering confidence. This workshop will help you elevate your practice to new heights, guided by Eunmi’s refined teaching expertise. You’ll gain essential insights into mastering foundational and advanced arm balances, transitioning with ease, and maintaining stability through mindful engagement rather than force.

We’ll begin with an invigorating mini vinyasa flow designed to prepare the entire body—awakening core intelligence, strengthening key muscle groups, and cultivating the mobility needed to lift into flight. From there, you’ll explore a wide range of arm balances including:

  • Crow Pose (Kakasana)
  • Crane Pose (Bakasana)
  • Side Crow (Parsva Bakasana)
  • Sage Kaundinya’s Pose (EPK I)
  • Flying Splits (EPK II)
  • Flying Pigeon (Eka Pada Galavasana)
  • Grasshopper (Parsva Bhuja Dandasana)
  • Eight-Angle Pose (Astavakrasana)
  • …and more

With Eunmi’s clear breakdowns, hands-on support, and thoughtful use of props (blocks, straps, socks, bolsters, mats, and wall variations), you’ll learn not only how to enter these postures, but why they work anatomically.
Safety, smart progression, and cultivating confidence are at the heart of this experience.
