🤸‍♂️ Turn Your World Upside Down: Inversions Workshop for Strength, Stability & Courage

A Transformative Journey Into the Art of Inversions

Step into a powerful exploration of inversions—postures that challenge the body, sharpen the mind, and awaken your inner courage. Inversions invite clarity, strength, and playfulness into your practice, teaching you to trust yourself as you quite literally expand your perspective.

In this uplifting workshop, Eunmi will guide you through the foundations of safe, stable, and joyful inversions. You’ll develop the technique, alignment awareness, and body intelligence necessary to balance with strength and ease—whether you’re brand new to inversions or ready to deepen your existing practice.

We’ll begin with a dynamic warm-up to awaken the shoulders, core, breath, and stabilizers. From there, we’ll break down key inversions step-by-step, including:

  • Shoulder Stand (Sarvangasana)
  • Headstand (Sirsasana A & B)
  • Tripod Headstand (Sirsasana II)
  • Forearm Stand (Pincha Mayurasana)
  • Handstand preparation(Adho Mukha Vrksasana)
  • L-shape wall variations
  • Press preparation + safe spotting techniques

Learn how to use props and the wall effectively to build confidence, strength, and alignment. Explore transitions, entry/exit mechanics, and how to maintain an integrated, stable center of gravity.

Eunmi’s supportive approach ensures that every student—whether first-timer or inversion-lover—feels guided, grounded, and inspired. Expect breakthroughs, newfound courage, and a deeper sense of personal empowerment.
