Breathe & Flow w/Eunmi

You'll learn to harness the power of your breath to enhance your practice, promoting calmness and clarity.

As a special touch, enjoy a mini Tibetan singing bowl sound bath during your Savasana to deepen your relaxation. Feel free to bring your own mat and water bottle, but if you forget, no worries—we’ve got you covered!
